Warren Lorenz

Managing Partner

Warren Lorenz is the Managing Partner at Top Off Capital, overseeing property management, acquisitions, loan origination, and servicing. With a background in mechanical engineering and finance from the University of San Diego, he combines technical problem-solving with institutional investment expertise to optimize real estate operations.

His experience in capital structuring, portfolio management, and risk analysis translates directly into strategic acquisitions, disciplined underwriting, and operational efficiencies that drive long-term asset performance. Warren’s leadership ensures that Top Off Capital’s lending and investment platforms are positioned for precision, scalability, and sustained growth.

Kent Lorenz

Partner

Kent Lorenz is a real estate investor and developer at Top Off Capital, specializing in acquisitions, development, and construction management. As the founder of PKL Ventures, he has built a portfolio of 100+ apartments and completed 20+ transactions, focusing on value creation, sustainability, and long-term asset growth. Kent began his career in real estate private equity on Wall Street, working at C-III Capital Partners and Atlas Capital Group in New York City, where he gained expertise in institutional investment, deal structuring, and capital markets. His background in construction and development, shaped by his time at A/Z Corporation, provides deep local market knowledge and a hands-on approach to project execution. Kent holds an M.S. from Columbia University, a B.S. from Boston College, and Real Estate Brokerage licenses in both Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Perry Lorenz

Investment Committee Chairman

Perry partners with Kent and Warren to oversee Top Off Capital’s development, construction, and investment efforts. Previously, as President and CEO of A/Z Corporation, he managed over $1B in projects for major clients including Pfizer, General Dynamics, Mohegan Sun, and Yale New Haven Health. Recognized with leadership awards by the Hartford Courant in 2016 and 2018, Perry sold A/Z Corporation to Cianbro in 2019. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Roger Williams University.
